Established in 2019, Align Building Design is a family-run building design and drafting business based in Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast, providing services from the Nambucca Valley through to Newcastle and surrounding areas.
We pride ourselves on providing a personalised, straightforward and uncomplicated approach to the building design process. We work closely with our clients from the initial consultation and concept design through to detailed plans and approvals, helping make the process as clear and stress-free as possible.

About Anthony Staines...
Anthony has over 7 years of experience in residential and commercial building design and CAD drafting. Holding a Diploma of Building Design, he is a BDAA Accredited Building Designer committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards and requirements.
With a portfolio of more than 600 projects throughout regional NSW, Anthony has experience across a diverse range of projects including new homes, duplexes and dual occupancies, residential developments, commercial projects, specialised NDIS housing, renovations, extensions and additions.
Based in Port Macquarie, Anthony and the Align Building Design team work with clients throughout the Mid North Coast and Hunter regions, from the Nambucca Valley through to Newcastle.
Anthony is passionate about turning clients' ideas into thoughtful, practical and functional designs, while making the design and approval process as straightforward as possible.
When he's not working on building design, Anthony enjoys spending time on his rural property, tackling projects around the property and enjoying the outdoors.
